Long term maintenance plans involving Exercise Rehabilitation and leading to Strength and Conditioning are a great way to stay fit and healthy and prevent injuries.
Our Sports massage therapists and acupuncturists can now accept private medical healthcare insurance from PruHealth for alternative and complementary therapies such as deep tissue massage and acupuncture.
